Your property gets maximum reach — property portals, the RE/MAX network, my own database of buyers. I run every viewing personally and report back after each one.

Reservation agreement, purchase contract, escrow, land registry, handover. Everything is overseen by RE/MAX legal services and I guide you through every signature.

How much do your services cost?
The commission is always agreed upfront and transparently in the contract — no hidden fees. It covers the complete service: preparation, presentation, marketing, viewings and legal services. I will tell you the exact rate at the first consultation, based on the property type.
How long does a sale take?
With the right price and quality presentation, usually 4–8 weeks to reservation. I will give you a more precise estimate for your property and location at the consultation.
I am already advertising on my own. Is it worth talking?
Definitely. I will gladly tell you, with no obligation, what I would do differently — from pricing to photos to strategy. The decision stays with you.
Do you also help with buying or renting?
Yes. I also represent buyers and landlords — from finding a property through due diligence to contracts and handover.
