1. Data controller

2. What data is processed and why

Contact form: name, e-mail, optionally phone and your message. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in follow-up communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is used solely to handle your enquiry.

Reviews: client reviews shown on this site are reproduced verbatim from my public profile on remax-czech.cz (published there without names; the source is linked). If you authored a review and want it removed from this site, just write to me.

3. Processors

Form submissions are not stored anywhere — they are delivered straight to my mailbox. Delivery involves these processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and spam protection — Turnstile), Resend, Inc. (e-mail delivery) and the RE/MAX Czech Republic mailbox provider. Transfers outside the EU are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. DeepL SE is used for machine translation of public website texts only (it never processes form data).

4. Retention

Form e-mails are kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and follow-up communication, at most 3 years, then deleted.

5. Cookies

This website uses no cookies or any other tracking technology stored on your device. Traffic is measured without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Exercise them by e-mail at renata.siserova@re-max.cz . You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority ( uoou.gov.cz ).
